Explaining that he’s in a “cutting weight” stage, Aaron first shared a glimpse into his daily breakfast of greek yoghurt and strawberries before giving us a look into some of his actual training sessions.

Showing off his proper belta moves in a tough session, Aaron tells MTV Fit: “That’s jiu-jitsu sparring done. Some good rounds with the boys. Now it’s rest, food, and back to training again tonight.”

You learn something new everyday – and today, we’ve learnt just how much goes into training for a big MMA fight. You got this, lad.

Aaron previously spoke exclusively to MTV about how his fight night preparations are going, explaining: “Training’s going very well for Bellator 200. Obviously, I’ve moved gyms – I’m now at a jiujitsu gym so me resting and me ground game is coming on leaps and bounds (sic).

“It’s going really really good and I’m just excited to get in there and make a statement on Bellator.”

He added: “I’m always confident going into any fight. If you’re not confident, you shouldn’t be in there. I train hard and when I get in there, that’s the easy part.”

We’re rooting for you, Aaron! We’re wishing this lad loads of luck and just knah he’s going to smash it, TONIGHT at the SSE Arena, Wembley.
