I Did Home Workouts Every Day For A Month & Here’s How It Made Me Feel


I’m aware that this isn’t strictly an ‘at home’ workout but, for me, cardio and running are really important. For my mindset, burning off excess energy and tension and also making sure that you really do work up a sweat, I just couldn’t give up pounding the pavements all together.

I continued to do my 5K and 10K runs about three or four times a week during the challenge but supplemented these with the living room based workouts of around 30 minutes.
